Colette’s Skincare Studios requires 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment without charge. If notice is not given 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged $50.00 for your missed appointment. Each appointment time is customized and reserved for the individual. We are committed to you 100%, and expect the same from you.

If the Esthetician cancels for any reason, for example if sick and unable to be substituted, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged.

To ensure the highest quality service, it is vital that we have access to the full time allocated for your appointment. Therefore, arriving more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment will result in the appointment being canceled, and this will be considered a no show and a $50.00 charge will apply.
